Role Description

The Head of Human Resources Services will lead the strategic direction and operational management of HR functions within the company. Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, managing shared services, and promoting a cohesive workforce strategy. The role is full-time and on-site at Sigma Consulting Group's office in Lekki. The position will demand close collaboration with leaders across departments to ensure that HR initiatives align with organizational goals and contribute to a productive and supportive workplace culture.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) including workforce management and employee relations
  • Proven experience in HR Operations and overseeing HR processes at an organizational level
  • Must have at least 10 years of experience
  • Must have experience in Pension Industry
  • Knowledge in managing Shared Services to streamline administrative and operational tasks
  • Proficiency in HR Management and the implementation of HR strategies
  • Experience in designing, updating, and ensuring compliance with HR Policies
  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in HR are advantageous
  • Experience in a similar managerial or leadership role is highly preferred
