Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with business goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Supervise administrative and support services for operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Any related Human Resource certification.
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience, with at least 3 years in a core HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in the Oil and Gas industry is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
