Responsibilities:
- Oversees all finance and accounting functions, including payroll, statutory deductions, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, tax compliance, banking relationships, and internal financial controls.
- Works closely with management to ensure financial discipline, cost control, and regulatory compliance while supporting business sustainability and growth.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Professional qualifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or CPA are mandatory.
- A minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in finance and accounting roles is required, with at least 5 years in a senior finance or head-of-department role.
- Experience in hospitality, service-based businesses, or regulated environments is strongly preferred.
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Expertise in Finance, Budgeting, and related financial planning activities
- Outstanding Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
