You will function as the principal designer of our groundbreaking learning ecosystem for your assigned school model, which encompasses multiple campus locations. What You Will Be Doing

• Designing and continuously refining an AI-powered learning ecosystem that demonstrably surpasses traditional educational models, validated by concrete improvements in student performance metrics
• Interacting directly with students via virtual channels to capture their learning journeys, obstacles, and achievements, applying these insights to fuel ongoing enhancements of the learning platform
• Extracting actionable intelligence from learning platform data to craft high-impact academic strategies powered by AI/ML, learning science research, and evidence-based motivational techniques
• Fostering a culture of ambitious experimentation and data-informed decision-making, using analytics to generate breakthrough improvements in student growth outcomes
• Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to convert academic insights and student input into fluid product improvements

• Wrapping traditional schooling in an AI veneer. This role isn't about digitizing classroom teaching—we're reimagining learning entirely from first principles.

Head Of Curriculum Key Responsibilities
Lead innovation in AI-driven, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student results across multiple campus locations. Integrate data analytics with consistent student interaction to continuously refine our learning ecosystem, with success measured through AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth.
Basic Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Leadership experience in education or EdTech
• Experience applying AI technologies in an educational or professional context
• Experience designing and implementing AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches
• Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
