We need an experienced HR to head the corporate services of a travel company with 2-5years experience in HR services.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee hiring, induction, and integration of new staff.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, track productivity, and manage promotions.
- Learning & Development: Drive training programs, career development, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare.
- Retention & Engagement: Create initiatives to keep employees motivated and reduce turnover.
- Facilities
Management: Ensure offices, utilities, and company assets are
maintained and functional.
- Travel
& Logistics: Manage corporate travel, accommodation, and staff
movement.
- Front Desk & Reception: Oversee visitor management and corporate communication standards.
Requirements:
- Must be good with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Human resources leadership, Corporate administration, procurement and vendor management, etc
