Job summary
The Business Head, Rigo Tech will own the commercial strategy and performance of the enterprise offering. This role will drive revenue growth, lead high-impact partnerships, and scale adoption across key markets, ensuring our solutions become a critical layer in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
- Achieve ERP adoption by 10 HMOs
- Achieve 5 state government deals; These could be ERP, USSD, Mobile app or general contracts within the scope of our product suite.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Rigo Technology
- Build and manage a strong pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
- Identify and penetrate new market segments within the healthcare ecosystem
Enterprise Solution Adoption & Utilisation:
- Ensure to engage ALL Licensed HMOs in Nigeria within 90 days.
- Ensure to present a demo of our product to ALL HMOs in Nigeria within 180days
- Drive actual usage of Rigo Technology’s solution across onboarded partners
- Develop strategies to deliver upselling opportunities. These can be achieved at your discretion.
Key Account Management & Retention:
- 100% Year on Year retention for ALL ERP clients.
- Act as the primary escalation point for enterprise clients
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing partners
Product & Commercial Feedback:
- Work closely with Product and Technology teams to refine the enterprise solution
- Provide insights on partner needs, market gaps and competitor offerings
- Influence product direction to improve adoption and revenue
Team Building & Process Ownership:
- Build and lead the business development function for Rigo Technology
- Set up sales structures, tracking systems, and reporting frameworks
- Drive accountability and performance across the team
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships
- Strong experience working with HMOs, healthcare providers, or healthtech/fintech companies
- Proven track record of closing and managing high-value B2B deals
- Strong understanding of healthcare financing, claims, or provider-HMO dynamics
- Ability to drive both sales and post-sales adoption
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial thinking skills
