Job summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Business to lead and drive growth in our IT, Electronics, and Power division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business strategy, operations, and profitability, while leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the IT, electronics, and power business.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and retention.
- Oversee daily operations, sales performance, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align business goals.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team towards meeting KPIs and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitive analysis reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT, electronics, or power sector.
- Proven track record in business development, strategy, and operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 monthly
