Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the nursing team.
- Coordinate clinical schedules and staffing.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
- Monitor patient flow to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain clinical quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the CMO and multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife (RN/RM) with a BNSc.Current NMCN registration.
- Minimum of 4 years' clinical nursing experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or nursing leadership role.
- Experience in a private hospital or premium healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
