Job summary
We are looking for a commercially minded, highly organised, and emotionally intelligent professional to manage our members’ experience, with a strong understanding of what makes a private members’ club truly distinct. Experience in premium client service, relationship management, or banking sales would be a strong advantage.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in hospitality, luxury hospitality, private clubs, premium lifestyle brands, or banking sales/relationship management.
- A demonstrated track record in membership sales, client acquisition, commercial growth, or high-value relationship sales.
- Experience coordinating events or curated member experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with CRM tools.
