Job Purpose
To manage the Bank?s IT infrastructure and digital platforms, ensuring system availability, cybersecurity, and the deployment of technology solutions that support digital banking, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage core banking application and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and system security.
• Support digital banking platforms including mobile, USSD, and online banking.
• Ensure system uptime, reliability, and business continuity.
• Provide IT support for banking operations and digital platforms.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives through technology.
• Manage IT vendors and technology service providers.
• Support deployment of digital products and technology solutions.
• Maintain data backup and disaster recovery systems.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field. Professional certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5?8 years? experience in IT, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Experience supporting core banking applications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection practices.
