Responsibilities:
- Oversee menu development
- Oversee food production
- Oversee cost control
- Oversee kitchen hygiene
- Oversee team performance while maintaining the restaurant’s signature quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a reputable restaurant.
- Expertise in both continental and local cuisine (or as required by Green Vault’s menu).
- Strong leadership, communication, and kitchen management skills.
- Deep knowledge of recipe costing, portioning, and inventory control.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Culinary certification is an added advantage.
