Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all food preparation activities and related kitchen operations.
- Develop and update creative, high-quality menus that meet customer expectations.
- Inspect and approve dishes before service to ensure quality and presentation standards.
- Manage procurement of ingredients and kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Enforce compliance with food safety, nutrition, and sanitation regulations.
- Promote teamwork, respect, and effective communication within the kitchen staff
