- Managing inventory, ordering stock, and controlling food and labor costs to maintain healthy profit margins.
- Innovate menu items and resolve kitchen challenges effectively
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications in Culinary Arts or related fields (e.g., a professional chef qualification or diploma
- Strong organizational skills to ensure the timely delivery of food services
- Ability to guide and mentor kitchen staff, ensure team productivity, and maintain waste
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-end culinary environment
