Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, treatments, and extensions.
- Perform expert hairstyling services such as curling, sew-ins, leave-out installations, and wig styling.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon and work area.
- Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Assist in promoting salon products and services where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a hairstylist in a salon environment.
- Strong skills in curling, sew-ins, leave-out installations, and wig styling are essential.
- Proficiency in a wide range of hairstyling techniques and treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Relevant certifications or training in hairstyling are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
