Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues courteously and effectively.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service.
- Supervise and lead a team of guest service agents, concierge, and other front-line staff
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest service or front office roles within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
- Candidates must reside within Abuja.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
