🚀 WE ARE HIRING: Growth & Marketing Manager (High-Growth Startup Role)

Miramore Consulting is hiring on behalf of MiramoreNow — Nigeria’s fast-growing food & lifestyle super app.

MiramoreNow is building a unified platform for food delivery, shopping, and everyday services across Nigeria — starting in Lagos and scaling nationwide.

We are looking for a high-performing Growth & Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition, brand growth, and digital expansion.

💰 Salary: ₦800,000 – ₦1,200,000 monthly + performance bonuses

🔥 What you will do:

• Drive aggressive user growth for MiramoreNow

• Manage social media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)

• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

• Build viral content and growth campaigns

• Increase app downloads and customer engagement

• Work with vendors and partners to scale the platform

💡 Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or growth roles

• Strong understanding of paid ads + content strategy

• Ability to build and execute growth campaigns

• Startup mindset (fast execution, high ownership)

• Based in Nigeria (Remote optional)
