We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Nigeria, the UK, and Canada. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base among the diasporan community sending money home, and Nigerians making international payments for personal, business, or educational purposes. This role combines marketing and sales; ideal for someone who understands marketing strategy, diaspora communities, and the remittance landscape.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify, plan, and manage strategic partnerships with the community and organisations, agencies or individuals.
- Conduct market research to understand user needs and competitive trends across target markets.
- Plan and execute local events, activations, and referral programs to build community trust and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with product, customer support, and operations teams to improve user experience and conversion.
- Report performance insights and recommend data-driven strategies to leadership.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, or business development (preferably in fintech, remittance or payments).
- Strong understanding of diaspora markets, remittance behaviour, and cross-border money transfer trends.
- Proven track record (actual product/team you worked with) of driving measurable customer acquisition and engagement.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and execution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, multicultural environment.
