Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

AI-Powered Growth Strategy

• Design and execute a zero-waste growth playbook using AI agents, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Build AI lead scoring systems, dynamic content engines, and personalized nurture flows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and custom LLMs.
• Create and deploy autonomous AI agents for: Social listening & sentiment analysis, Lead qualification & booking demos, Content repurposing (1 video → 50 posts), Ad copy & landing page generation

Digital Marketing & Performance

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
• Scale organic growth via SEO, AI-generated content clusters, and viral loops.
• Run 50+ growth experiments quarterly — A/B tests, micro-launches, referral gamification.
• Use AI tools (Jasper, Copy.ai, Midjourney, Runway) to 10x content velocity.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Identify and close strategic co-marketing deals with VCs, accelerators, and corporate innovation teams.
• Launch affiliate & referral programs powered by AI-tracked attribution.
• Pitch at events, run webinars, and host X Spaces — you’re the face of growth.

Growth Systems & Automation

• Build end-to-end funnels in Notion, Airtable, or custom dashboards.
• Integrate AI business tools:
• CRM: Zoho, HubSpot, or custom
• Analytics: Mixpanel, PostHog, GA4
• Automation: n8n, Voiceflow, Lindy.ai
• Create real-time growth dashboards (Looker Studio, Hex, or AI-generated reports).

Team & Leadership

• Train junior marketers and portfolio founders on AI growth tools.
  
• Manage freelancers, agencies, and an AI tool stack.

Requirements:

Experience

• 3+ years in growth marketing or performance marketing (startup or agency).
• Proven 3x–10x growth in users, revenue, or leads in 12 months.
• Built AI agents from scratch (Voiceflow, Make, or custom GPTs).

AI Mastery

• Can build no-code AI agents for lead gen, support, or content.
• Uses 10+ AI tools daily (e.g., Claude, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, Descript).
• Comfortable with prompt engineering, RAG, and API chaining.

Digital Skills

• Expert in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Programmatic.
• Proficient in SEO (Ahrefs, Surfer), email (Klaviyo), and SMS (Termii).

Soft Skills

• Obsessed with ROI — every move must trace to revenue.
  
• Comfortable on video (Reels, LinkedIn Lives, pitch decks).
  
• Can explain complex AI systems to non-tech founders.
