Job Summary
As the Growth & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through integrated digital and 360-marketing initiatives aligned with the luxury wellness market.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth-driven marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
• Manage campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning
• Analyze marketing performance data to optimize ROI and customer engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in growth marketing or 360-marketing roles
• Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing, analytics, and campaign execution
• Creative, data-driven, and commercially minded
