Growth Marketer/Hacker

• Design and execute a zero-waste growth playbook using AI agents, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Build AI lead scoring systems, dynamic content engines, and personalized nurture flows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and custom LLMs.
• Create and deploy autonomous AI agents for: Social listening & sentiment analysis, Lead qualification & booking demos, Content repurposing (1 video → 50 posts), Ad copy & landing page generation

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
• Scale organic growth via SEO, AI-generated content clusters, and viral loops.
• Run 50+ growth experiments quarterly — A/B tests, micro-launches, referral gamification.
• Use AI tools (Jasper, Copy.ai, Midjourney, Runway) to 10x content velocity.

• Identify and close strategic co-marketing deals with VCs, accelerators, and corporate innovation teams.
• Launch affiliate & referral programs powered by AI-tracked attribution
• Pitch at events, run webinars, and host X Spaces — you’re the face of growth.

• Build end-to-end funnels in Notion, Airtable, or custom dashboards
• Integrate AI business tools: CRM: Zoho, HubSpot, or custom, Analytics: Mixpanel, PostHog, GA4, Automation: n8n, Voiceflow, Lindy.ai
• Create real-time growth dashboards (Looker Studio, Hex, or AI-generated reports).
  

• Train junior marketers and portfolio founders on AI growth tools.
• Manage freelancers, agencies, and an AI tool stack.

Requirements:
