YipOnline is a startup SaaS software development company that builds web, mobile, and app solutions for businesses across different markets. One of our in-house products, Rejoyly, is a growing marketplace app that enables parents to buy and sell pre-loved children’s items, making parenting more affordable and sustainable.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Growth & Go-To-Market

  • Own Rejoyly’s user acquisition and growth strategy end-to-end
  • Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for app launches, features, and promotions
  • Identify target parent segments and craft messaging that resonates


2D Animation & Creative Content

  • Create 2D animated videos and motion content using Kling & Canva
  • Develop ad creatives for Meta platforms (feed, stories, reels)
  • Translate product features into simple, engaging visual stories


Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns focused on app installs and conversions
  • Test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve performance
  • Optimize campaigns based on CAC, CTR, installs, and conversions


Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report on campaign performance
  • Use data insights to iterate on creatives and growth experiments
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align growth with app improvements


Requirements:

  • 2–4  years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or go-to-market roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kling & Canva for 2D animated content
  • Proven experience running Meta ad campaigns, especially app install campaigns
  • Experience owning growth from strategy through execution
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and experimentation
  • Comfortable working in a startup / fast-moving environment
  • Experience growing marketplace or consumer apps (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with other paid channels (TikTok, Google Ads) (Nice to Have)
  • Basic understanding of product-led growth or funnel optimization (Nice to Have)
