The Growth & Revenue Manager is a critical business leader responsible for driving sustainable user acquisition, customer retention, and revenue acceleration across all Medbuddy business lines.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy, Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies across business units (local and international).
- Design pricing, bundling, and upsell strategies based on customer data and competitor trends.
- Set quarterly and annual growth targets for revenue, acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Customer Acquisition and Demand Generation:
- Ownall paid and organic acquisition channels (Google, Meta, SEO, referrals,influencer, affiliate, partnerships, etc.).
- Scale Tuteria’s funnel of leads, trials, conversions, and repeat purchases through data-led campaigns.
Conversion Rate Optimization and Sales Enablement
- Conduct funnel and behaviour analysis to increase conversion rates across digital and offline channels.
- Work with product and sales teams to improve landing pages, onboarding journeys, sales scripts, and demos.
- Enable sales teams with training, playbooks, and automation tools.
Retention, Monetization and Customer Lifecycle:
- Increase user engagement, frequency, referrals, and lifetime Lifetime Value (LTV) across the learner and tutor base.
- Design reactivation and loyalty campaigns for past users.
- Analyze churn drivers and implement interventions across lifecycle touchpoints.
5. Growth Experimentation & Analytics
- Build a structured testing pipeline (A/B, multivariate, funnel tests) to find repeatable growth levers.
- Lead performance dashboards for marketing, revenue, and product funnel analytics.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams on joint growth bets.
Partnerships and Strategic Distribution
- Build and manage channel partnerships with schools, education platforms, publishers, NGOs, test prep centres, etc.
- Negotiate affiliate/commission-based deals to acquire users at scale.
- Explore B2B or B2C, institutional, and licensing deals that bring in bulk users and unlock new revenue lines.
Team Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead a small but high-performing growth and revenue team.
- Build internal processes for rapid testing, growth rituals, pipeline tracking, and OKRs/KPIs
- Foster alignment across product, content, sales, marketing, brands, communications, and engineering to deliver end-to-end growth.

- You build fast, iterate faster, and know when to double down or pivot.
Requirement:
- 5–8+ years in growth, marketing, or revenue-focused roles, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital consumer platforms.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing and CRM tools (Meta Ads, Google, Hubspot, Zapier, etc.).
- Experience leading and scaling revenue-focused teams.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, Data Studio, Looker, Amplitude, or similar).
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and experimental design capabilities.
- Growth mindset and ownership DNA.
