Job summary
As a Growth and Performance Marketer at Losode, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s revenue growth by driving customer acquisition, conversion, and measurable commercial outcomes across the platform. You will be responsible for building and executing performance marketing strategies across SEO and paid channels (primarily Google).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (SEM) campaigns to drive high-intent traffic.
- Analyse and improve conversion funnels (product pages, checkout, user journey).
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rate, CAC, and revenue contribution.
- Identify high-performing keywords, audiences, and campaigns, and scale what works.
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and cost efficiency.
- Build simple dashboards or reports to provide clear weekly performance insights.
- Identify opportunities to increase first-time buyers and repeat purchases.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO and/or paid acquisition (Google Ads).
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels and performance marketing metrics.
- Experience working in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work independently and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
