Job summary
This role will lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic growth initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa. The role would identify, structure, and close high-impact partnerships with corporates, government agencies, and NGOs, driving long-term business value and positioning the company as a market leader in health-tech innovation

Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-value business opportunities with public and private sector organizations across Africa.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including government bodies, NGOs, and corporate executives.
- Lead the design and execution of market expansion strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with organizational goals and product capabilities.
- Drive customer engagement by articulating the company’s value proposition, leveraging data and insights to support business cases.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation
- Lead complex deal negotiations from concept to closure, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Develop, present, and manage deal structures, financial models, and partnership agreements. c. Anticipate negotiation challenges and manage escalations through strategic communication and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
