Job summary
The Head of Finance leads all financial management and reporting functions of the organization. The role holder ensures sound financial governance, drives revenue optimization, maintains regulatory compliance, and provides strategic financial counsel to the Managing Director and leadership team

Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting Leadership:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounts, budgeting, payroll, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Prepare timely management accounts, board-level financial reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure full compliance with FIRS, CAC, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Manage external auditor relationships and coordinate annual audits.
- Maintain a robust internal control framework to safeguard company assets.
- Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgets and long-range forecasts.
Financial Strategy & Advisory:
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Support client proposals and pitch documents with financial modelling and ROI frameworks.
- Advise on structuring commercial agreements, retainer contracts, and partnership terms.
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities and present recommendations to leadership.
- Participate in the organization’s strategic planning sessions and business reviews.
Business Development Support:
- Identify and evaluate revenue opportunities that leverage finance expertise across all entities.
- Build relationships with sector-specific clients in Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, and Corporate
- sectors.
- Contribute to grant applications, funding proposals, and investor documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
