Role Overview
Business Hallmark is looking to engage a creative and detail oriented Graphics Designer on a contract basis. This role is project based and designed for a professional who will serve as a go to resource for all design related needs as they arise.
Nature of Engagement
This is not a full time role. The selected candidate will be engaged on a need basis, particularly around events, campaigns, and ongoing social media content.
Work Structure
The role is fully remote. There is no requirement for physical presence at the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Design high quality event fliers and promotional materials for upcoming events
* Create engaging graphics for social media platforms
* Develop visual assets for digital communication and marketing campaigns
* Ensure all designs align with Business Hallmark’s brand identity and standards
Requirements
* Proven experience in graphic design
* Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
* Ability to work independently and deliver within agreed timelines
* Good communication and responsiveness
Preferred Qualities
* Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
* Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling visuals
* Consistency and reliability in delivery
* Experience working with media, publishing, or corporate brands is an added advantage
Engagement Terms
* Contract based, on demand engagement
* Payment structure to be agreed per project or on a retainer basis, depending on scope and frequency of work
