Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer at Creative Minds Academy Ltd. The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print assets, including course materials, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities include creating and refining logos, icons, and brand elements, ensuring consistent use of colors, fonts, and imagery across all touchpoints. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to translate educational objectives into engaging visual experiences, as well as preparing final files optimized for web and print. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, follow brand guidelines, and contribute creative ideas to support program launches and events.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and learner-focused visual work.
  • Experience with Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities across platforms.
  • Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for both digital and print materials.
  • Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and produce production-ready assets.
  • Experience designing for online education, e-learning, or social media campaigns is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication skills and openness to feedback and iteration with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
