We are seeking an experienced Grants & Partnerships Engagement Manager to lead our fundraising, grants management, and strategic partnership initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual fundraising strategies with measurable quarterly and monthly targets.
- Drive the implementation of fundraising initiatives to achieve annual revenue goals.
- Identify and secure new funding opportunities, grants, sponsorships, and donations.
- Strengthen existing fundraising channels while expanding new income streams.
- Engage volunteers, donors, grant institutions, and strategic partners to maximize fundraising outcomes.
- Research, identify, and pursue local and international grant opportunities.
- Develop compelling grant proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and donor presentations.
- Manage the end-to-end grant lifecycle, from application to award, implementation, compliance, and reporting.
- Ensure timely execution of grant agreements and donor requirements.
- Track grant applications and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with program teams to monitor grant implementation and impact.
- Build, nurture, and sustain strategic partnerships with donor agencies, corporate organizations, foundations, government institutions, and development partners.
- Organize partnership events, donor appreciation programs, press briefings, awards, and engagement sessions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual grants and partnerships reports for Executive Management and the Board.
- Monitor fundraising performance and recommend strategies to improve donor retention and partnership growth.
- Collaborate with the Monitoring & Evaluation team to measure program impact.
- Lead and mentor the Grants & Partnerships team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Identify capacity-building needs and facilitate staff development initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of volunteers and team members.
- Budget Planning & Financial Oversight.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A master's degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years' professional experience, with at least 5 years in fundraising, grants management, business development, donor relations, client services, or program management within the nonprofit, NGO, or social impact sector.
- Demonstrated success in securing grants from local and international donor agencies.
- Strong experience managing donor relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 700,000 – 1,200,000
