Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify grant opportunities from donors, foundations, NGOs, governments, and corporate partners.
- Develop grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications.
- Manage grant processes, deadlines, documentation, and submissions.
- Support donor reporting, compliance, and impact reporting.
- Maintain relationships with funding partners and support fundraising strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years’ experience in grant writing, fundraising, proposal development, research, or related roles.
- Strong writing, research, storytelling, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience in education, nonprofit, social impact, or startup environments is an advantage.
