Job Summary
We are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our new graduate trainee program. As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, and attending meetings and workshops to gain practical experience. You should keep an accurate record of your time at the company and be able to pass a competency test at the end of the program. Successful candidates would be given a full-time opportunity with the organization where they can further grow in a career path.

Job Description/Requirements
Modality/ Terms of Program:
- Provisional (temporary) employment is given to candidates at the point of entry
- Candidates will be trained on both the soft skills and the technical knowledge required.
- Candidates will be expected to be available for training each day for a month.
- An evaluation will be conducted after each training session and the candidate will be scored.
- For those who score below average, the assessment will be repeated once and scored again.
Requirements:
- Have a BSc degree in Science, Accounting or Social Sciences from a reputable tertiary institution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent learning abilities and a willingness to grow.
- A positive attitude and an adaptable mindset.
- Can-do, resilient, Will-do mentality.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate -orally and written
- Must have hard work ethics
Remuneration - N100,000 Monthly (gross)
