Job summary
We aim to train and develop a graduate into a competent site supervisor responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, staff performance, quality control, and client satisfaction. Candidates should reside in Lugbe and its environs or Durunmi and its environs.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior supervisors in daily site supervision
- Monitor cleaners’ attendance, punctuality, and task execution
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned sites
- Ensure compliance with cleaning standards and safety rules
- Report issues, incidents, and shortages promptly
- Support the training of cleaning staff on proper procedures
- Prepare basic daily and weekly operational reports
Technical & Operational Knowledge (Trainable)
- Cleaning chemicals and their safe usage
- Use and care of cleaning equipment and machines
- Site inspection and quality assurance checks
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices
- Staff scheduling and attendance monitoring
- Client interaction and issue escalation procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- NYSC completed or exemption certificate
- Basic understanding of workplace ethics and safety standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic leadership and people-management ability
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Attention to detail and a quality control mindset
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn operational standards and cleaning techniques
- High level of discipline and integrity
- Physically fit and willing to be field-based
- Proactive and problem-solving oriented
- Neat appearance and professional conduct
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or shifts when required
