Responsibilities:
- Participate in intensive training and departmental rotations
- Assist senior staff with daily operations and projects
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and support business development
- Learn company policies, processes, and operational systems
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- HND in any relevant discipline (Minimum Second Class Lower / Lower Credit)
- 1 year of work experience, NYSC completed or currently serving
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn, proactive, and a good team player
