Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in company training and development programmes.
- Support business development, marketing, and customer engagement activities.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Work with team members to achieve assigned goals and targets.
- Develop leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare reports and contribute ideas for business growth.
- Take on increasing responsibilities based on performance and demonstrated leadership ability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND from a recognized institution.
- NYSC graduates, serving corps members, and fresh graduates may apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- No prior management experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
