We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded and execution-focused Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate to support the development and execution of Arvencor’s growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders, helping to identify market opportunities, engage potential customers, refine messaging, support commercial activities and contribute to the growth of an innovative AI-focused business. The ideal candidate should be curious, resourceful, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:
Market Research & Customer Discovery:
- Conduct customer discovery interviews and gather market insights.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and market dynamics to inform strategy.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Go-To-Market Strategy & Growth:
- Support the development and execution of GTM initiatives.
- Assist in refining positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Identify and evaluate potential market segments and target customers.
- Support pilot programs and early customer engagements.
Business Development & Outreach:
- Build and maintain target account and stakeholder databases.
- Support outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, partnerships, and events.
- Assist with lead generation and pipeline development activities.
- Track outreach performance and engagement metrics.
Commercial Operations:
- Manage and maintain CRM records and sales pipeline data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Support operational processes that improve GTM efficiency.
- Assist in documenting customer feedback and commercial insights.
Content & Sales Enablement:
- Create presentations, briefing notes, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Develop materials to support customer meetings and business development activities.
- Prepare founder briefing documents for client and investor conversations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 1 year post-NYSC experience in Go-To-Market, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Business Development, or related functions.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
- Demonstrated interest in AI, enterprise software, technology platforms, or emerging technologies

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months):
- Complete and document 50+ customer discovery conversations.
- Build and maintain a structured target account database.
- Generate actionable market and customer insights.
- Support the execution of GTM campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Produce high-quality sales and marketing collateral.
- Improve CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility.
- Contribute recommendations that influence product, commercial, and growth decisions.
- Support the acquisition of pilot customers and the pursuit of strategic partnerships.
