Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities across all departments, including restaurant, bar, lodging, event hall, and farm operations.
- Ensure all staff follow company policies, including financial procedures and customer service standards.
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the facility, including the swimming pool and event areas.
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and discipline, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with Magida Gardens’ policies, including proper handling of payments and tips.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises and address any operational or maintenance issues.
- Report to management with updates on operations, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in hospitality or event management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and basic financial oversight.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
