Job summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure the achievement of the company's business objectives, revenue targets, and growth plans. The role oversees daily operations, manages departmental heads, drives business development initiatives, and ensures successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company's operations and business growth initiatives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead, manage, and support departmental heads to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of business and financial targets.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through operational excellence and service quality initiatives.
  • Monitor key business performance indicators and provide regular reports to the Managing Director.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and industry standards.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and results.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or professional management certification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years' management experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing teams, operations, and business performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience overseeing multiple departments and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent operational management capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
  • Added Advantage is experience in Technology, Engineering, Smart Home Solutions, or a similar field.
