Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or professional management certification will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years' management experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing teams, operations, and business performance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience overseeing multiple departments and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
