Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s network infrastructure and technical service delivery.
- Design, implement, manage, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Oversee network operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.

CCNA certification is required.
CCNP or an equivalent advanced networking certification is highly preferred.
- Relevant professional experience in network infrastructure, network operations, telecommunications, ISP, or enterprise networking environments.
- Proven hands-on experience with PRTG Network Monitor.
- Demonstrable experience using other network monitoring and management tools.

Strong practical knowledge of ISP and enterprise networking technologies.
- Must have hands-on experience with PRTG, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs
