Job Summary
We are launching a new premium, modern coffee shop in Lekki Phase 1 and require an experienced Café General Manager with strong pre-opening experience. The ideal candidate can set up operational structures, implement SOPs, recruit and train staff, and ensure a smooth and successful opening.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead full pre-opening setup for the café
- Create SOPs, workflows, and service standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure effective shop layout and operational readiness
- Prepare checklists, manuals, and team training materials
- Run soft-opening and staff readiness sessions
- Manage daily operations after opening
- Maintain customer service excellence and hygiene standards
- Oversee scheduling, stock control, cash handling, and reporting
- Drive a positive team culture and report to ownership
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in café/restaurant management
- Pre-opening experience (required)
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of SOPs, systems, and team training
- Must live in or close to Lekki/VI/Ikoyi
