General Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead operations across our restaurant group spanning Fine Dining and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) outlets in Lagos. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across all business units.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily operations across all outlets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and KPIs
- Drive revenue growth and profitability by improving efficiency, optimizing resources, and enhancing service quality
- Supervise and support department heads across operations, food production, supply chain, HR, and sales
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans for underperforming units or teams
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control in collaboration with the finance team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards, especially in food service and customer experience
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline
- Work closely with the MD/CEO on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and risk management
- Represent the company in external engagements, partnerships, and expansion projects
- Lead team development, training, and succession planning across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field
- MBA or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
- Minimum of 8 years’ progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
Strong background in FMCG, QSR, food production, or hospitality
Proven success managing multi-unit operations and leading cross-functional teams
