General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily operations across all outlets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and KPIs
  
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by improving efficiency, optimizing resources, and enhancing service quality
  
• Supervise and support department heads across operations, food production, supply chain, HR, and sales
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans for underperforming units or teams
  
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control in collaboration with the finance team
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards, especially in food service and customer experience
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline
  
• Work closely with the MD/CEO on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and risk management
• Represent the company in external engagements, partnerships, and expansion projects
• Lead team development, training, and succession planning across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field
• MBA or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
  
• Minimum of 8 years’ progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
  Strong background in FMCG, QSR, food production, or hospitality
  Proven success managing multi-unit operations and leading cross-functional teams
