Responsibilities:

Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, hedges, shrubs, and landscaped areas to a high standard.
Plant, water, fertilise, prune, weed, and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants.
Mow lawns, trim hedges, edge walkways, and maintain neat outdoor spaces.
Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
Apply fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare soil for planting by digging, levelling, and enriching with appropriate materials.
Replace dead or damaged plants and maintain seasonal landscaping displays.
Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, watering systems, and pruning tools.
Keep walkways, driveways, and outdoor recreational areas clean and free of leaves, debris, and litter.
Assist in designing and improving landscape layouts where required.
Ensure irrigation systems are functioning properly and report faults promptly.
Maintain gardening equipment and report repair or replacement needs.
Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gardening store and work areas.
Support other facility maintenance activities when required.
Perform any other landscaping or gardening duties assigned by management.
