Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory of the furniture in the showroom to keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing products
- Ensure that amenities such as electricity and other utilities are functional
- Pay all local government levies
- Oversee maintenance of company vehicles and ensure documentation for all vehicles is always up to date
- Procure all relevant permits required for the company/showroom operations
- Monitor operations of all showrooms
- Liaise with sales staff to ensure orders for new furniture are made on time
- Ensure deliveries to customers are carried out on time
- Supervise purchases such as diesel, stationery and other materials
- Carry out any other task assigned
Requirements
- 3 years of experience
- Minimum of OND
