Job summary

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication aligned with UK customer service standards
  • Log interactions accurately and follow internal processes and service guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in customer service or customer support–related roles
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear British accent
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Must own a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and quality headset/headphones
  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends, including flexible shifts
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency including email CRM tools and online booking systems Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions Strong customer service and relationship-management skills ctive listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs quickly Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear confident British accent
