- Log interactions accurately and follow internal processes and service guidelines
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in customer service or customer support–related roles
- Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear British accent
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Must own a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and quality headset/headphones
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends, including flexible shifts
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
