Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Take over, maintain, and enhance existing codebases across Toplorgical’s active projects (Fintech, Compliance, and Automation systems).
• Develop and optimise backend logic using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and RESTful APIs.
• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / IONOS / VPS) for scalable application hosting.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated deployment processes.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services (payment processors, compliance APIs, M2P, Thales, CBN endpoints, etc.).
• Work closely with the frontend and mobile teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Maintain and tune database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for performance and reliability.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across environments
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and DevOps teams for continuous delivery and monitoring.
• Contribute to documentation, sprint planning, and version control (GitHub environment).

Requirements:

• Minimum of a degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of AI/ML model integration or data pipelines.
• Experience deploying mobile backends and managing multi-tenant SaaS systems.
• Understanding of CBN/FIRS regulatory tech frameworks.Familiarity with Node.js or TypeScript is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
