We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Web & Mobile) who can design, build, and launch web and mobile applications. You must be highly technical, product-minded, and execution-driven. This isn’t a “just write code” role. We need a problem solver who can think business, build systems, and deliver quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of web and mobile apps from scratch to launch
- Build scalable, efficient, and maintainable code (frontend & backend)
- Collaborate with designers and product leads to turn ideas into working products
- Handle API integrations, cloud deployment, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure system security and scalability
- Guide and mentor junior developers
- Be accountable for project delivery timelines and quality
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full-stack development experience
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, React Native, Next.js, Node.js)
- Strong backend experience (Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks)
- Experience building and deploying mobile apps (React Native or Flutter preferred)
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Firebase, or similar
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows
- Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and scalable architectures
- Bonus: experience with GraphQL, Docker, or serverless architecture
