Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend) 
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver high-impact features
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
• Debug issues and optimize performance across frontend and backend systems
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD workflows, and Agile ceremonies
• Suggest architectural improvements and contribute to technical planning
• Ensure application security, performance, and cross-browser responsiveness
• Stay current with evolving technologies and trends in fintech and full-stack development 

Requirements:

• A minimum of  3 years of professional full-stack development experience in financial services or fintech software development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required) 
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js
• Solid experience with REST APIs, MongoDB or SQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows
• Experience working in Agile teams with sprint planning and iterative delivery
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience in fintech or real estate technology environments
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies
• Exposure to mobile development (e.g., React Native) is a plus
