Full-Stack Developer
Job summary
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of the organization’s digital systems. The role requires strong programming skills combined with solid ICT knowledge to support web applications, internal systems, databases, and network-related technologies.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (front-end and back-end).
- Build responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.Integrate APIs, third-party services, and databases.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Ensure data security, integrity, and performance.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and optimizations.
- Provide ICT support for internal systems and web platforms.
- Assist with network configuration, system troubleshooting, and basic hardware/software maintenance.
- Collaborate with ICT teams to improve digital infrastructure and system reliability.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Implement security best practices and protect systems against vulnerabilities.
- Maintain documentation for applications, systems, and ICT processes.
- Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and management to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical reports and updates to management as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development technologies.
- Solid understanding of ICT concepts, networking basics, and system administration.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular
- Back-end: Node.js, PHP, Python, Java
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- ICT Tools: Networking basics, server management, system troubleshooting
- Other: APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP—an advantage)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills
