FTTH Project Sales Director
Job summary
We are looking for a results-driven FTTH Project Sales Director to lead and scale our fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) sales operations across multiple regions. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong field sales expertise and a proven ability to drive large-scale customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Drive FTTH sales performance and deliver Home Connect targets across assigned regions
- Serve as the key interface with MTN HQ, aligning on sales strategy and execution
- Lead and manage City Managers and regional sales teams to ensure consistent target achievement
- Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to improve conversion rates (Home Pass to Home Connect)
- Build and manage relationships with property partners, sales channels, and government stakeholders
- Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure effective sales activation post network rollout
- Track performance, provide accurate forecasts, and continuously optimize sales operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecom (FTTH/broadband), FMCG, or large-scale field sales environments
- Strong track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets across multiple regions
- Hands-on experience in channel management and field sales operations
- Experience working with major telecom operators (e.g., MTN) is an advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
