Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests courteously and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests using Opera PMS.
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment.
- Handle calls, emails, and guest correspondence promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and uphold service excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of guest data, payments, and room allocations.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or hotel front office roles.
- Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar software.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Smart, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented with a professional appearance.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
