We are seeking a service focused Front of House Supervisor to oversee front facing operations and ensure excellent customer service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house staff
- Coordinate daily service operations
- Manage guest reception and seating flow
- Monitor service standards and customer experience
- Handle customer concerns and complaints
- Support training and guidance of front-of-house staff
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
- 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
