Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Manager / Front Desk Lead to oversee front desk operations, manage bookings and payments, handle stock control, and ensure a smooth and professional client experience. Previous experience working in a salon is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and deliver a professional client experience.
- Handle bookings, confirmations, reminders, and walk-ins, and enforce booking policies.
- Receive deposits and payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales.
- Manage client flow, resolve complaints, and ensure rebooking where possible.
- Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and report shortages or variances.
- Maintain store standards, merchandising, and loss-prevention controls.
- Prepare and send accurate end-of-day reports on sales, bookings, and stock.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in salon, retail, or hospitality operations
- Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Stock control experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
- Experience using inventory tools (e.g., BoxHero)
- Supervisory experience
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Schedule: Tuesday –Saturday (9:00am–6:00pm)
Remuneration: NGN 220,000 - 250,000
